In a heart-pounding 4vs1 multiplayer horror experience, players are dropped into a chilling world of Utsuru Infection, where one hunter must outsmart and outlast four cunning Youkai foes. This tense survival game pits a lone Reimu character against an army of supernatural opponents, with the ultimate goal of tracking down and eliminating each foe.

Players must navigate a hauntingly atmospheric environment, utilizing stealth, strategy, and cunning to evade the grasp of their Youkai adversaries. As Reimu, the hunter must remain vigilant and adaptable, utilizing skills and abilities to stay one step ahead of the enemy. Meanwhile, the four Youkai players must work together to evade capture, luring Reimu into deadly traps and ambushes.
